Welcome to Creamies! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.creamies.com), any purchases you make, and the services we offer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Use of Our Website
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in a way that could harm Creamies or other users.
2. Product Availability & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
3. Shipping Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ship Monday through Wednesday via Next Day Air to ensure safe and frozen delivery. A flat $75 shipping fee applies to all orders to cover dry ice and express service.
We do not ship Thursday through Sunday to avoid the risk of product melting due to weekend delays.
4. Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to the perishable nature of our ice cream.
If your order arrives melted or severely damaged, you may request a refund by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Contact Email]. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a short description of the issue. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
5. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
